Encrypted Connections

HTTPS protects information in transit between your browser and the service.

Privacy Information

Review our Privacy Policy for collection, provider sharing, retention, and deletion information.

Fact-Based Disputes

Organize the specific reporting issue and review the facts before approving a letter. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

Account Controls

Account and session controls help limit access to your workspace.

Case Records

Keep recorded mailing events and uploaded correspondence together. Tracking is not confirmation of a bureau outcome.

What we do to protect you

A closer look at the eight pillars behind CreditLift's security and privacy posture.

1. Data Protection

Handle sensitive information carefully

Credit reports and letters can contain personal and financial information.

  • Use HTTPS connections when accessing your account.
  • Upload only documents relevant to the issue you want to address.
  • Review our Privacy Policy for how information is used and retained.
  • Contact support with access or deletion requests; applicable retention requirements may affect deletion.

2. Account Security

Protect your sign-in

Account and session controls help protect access to your workspace.

  • Use a unique password and protect your sign-in credentials.
  • Short-lived access tokens and session controls help manage authenticated access.
  • Inactive sessions expire; sign out when using a shared device.
  • Contact support if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.

3. Privacy

Understand how information is used

Read the Privacy Policy before uploading sensitive documents.

  • Requested services can involve hosting, payment, and mailing providers.
  • A mailing provider needs the approved letter and information required for fulfillment.
  • You can contact support to request access, correction, or deletion.
  • Do not upload another person's report without appropriate authority.

4. Document Handling

Review what you upload and send

Your case keeps the report, reviewed letter, and uploaded correspondence together.

  • Check identity details, account information, and attachments before approval.
  • Include the information needed to explain your dispute.
  • Upload bureau responses to the relevant case when you receive them.
  • Do not include passwords or card details in uploaded documents.

5. Payments

Payments processed through Stripe

Review the amount and purchase details before authorizing payment.

  • Membership and token packs are separate purchases.
  • Active membership is required to use live mailing actions.
  • Purchased LiftTokens do not expire.
  • Contact support with the transaction reference for billing questions.

6. Mailing

Approval, submission, and tracking

Eligible approved letters use the certified-mail workflow when available. Submission does not guarantee postal delivery.

  • Check mailing availability and eligibility in your account before purchasing tokens for a mailing.
  • Preparing a letter does not send it; a separate mailing authorization is required.
  • Tracking reflects available provider or USPS events, not a bureau decision.
  • Upload bureau correspondence yourself to record the response.
LiftToken

7. LiftToken Wallet

Review your balance and activity

Wallet activity records purchases and eligible mailing actions.

  • One Certified-Mailed Dispute costs 5 LiftTokens.
  • Token packs do not include annual membership.
  • Purchased tokens remain in your wallet if membership lapses.
  • For an uncertain mailing submission, check its status and contact support before trying again.

8. Consumer Control

Review each material action

Choose the issue, confirm the facts, and review the final correspondence before approving.

  • Disputes should identify a specific inaccuracy or incomplete information.
  • Payment alone does not necessarily require removal of accurate reporting.
  • No deletion, correction, credit-score increase, or credit approval is guaranteed.
  • You can dispute credit-report errors directly with the credit bureaus for free.

We're committed to protecting your information and your future.

Review the facts. Approve each mailing. Keep clear records.
